Lauren Ash-Morgan, actress and member of SSC's board from 2011 is the Founding co-artistic director of the newly formed theatre firm Speech of Fire. She served as Artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 through the year 2019. The actress also worked for as a member of the SSC as producer, costume/set design composer/music director, and text-coach while serving as Artistic Direction. In her role, she is usually the leader of her ensembles the first time she was directing was in SSC King Lear.
